**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Write high quality communications tailored to specific communication channels (e.g. PDSs, guides, reports, websites, publications, mobile devices and direct mail campaigns).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the organization's goals and target audience.
- Produce engaging copy and concepts that achieve the desired external and internal communication outcomes.
- Develop engaging, tailored content that communicates value proposition and resonates with different segments.
- Draft a variety of internal business documents including project plans, reports, memos and submissions.
- Collaborate with team members in the broader team to brainstorm new creative concepts
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or public relations.
- Content development specially tailored for financial services industry experience is essential.
- Excellent creative writing skills with the ability to write in a range of styles and tones for varied projects and diverse audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Product knowledge, particularly in the financial services industry, to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and risks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
