**About the Role**

We are currently looking for hands on Supervisor who will be required to support the team on the floor with training and cleaning sites and support the services we offer to clients across the Victoria area.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring that your cleaning team deliver the services that our clients expect.
- Participate as an active member of your cleaning services team while leading and managing the team.
- Ensuring that the team has the right equipment, supplies and information to get the job done.
- Providing guidance, instruction and support to our cleaning service team.
- Communicating with all relevant parties so as to get the job done.
- Keep abreast of developments in cleaning equipment and materials that could improve the overall standards and service.
- Undertake staff training and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements and other relevant legislation.
- Conduct inspections and follow up on completed works.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:

- Strong understanding of basic and advanced cleaning practices and related machinery
- Ability to form and develop good relationships.
- Communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in managing a team and performance management.
- Ability to lead teams from different cultures.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to motivate your team.
- Ability to use technology
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Familiar with OHS practices and legislation.
- A Drivers License **(Essential)**
