Factory X is seeking a Payroll Officer with 3 to 5 years experience to join our fun and colourful Payroll team. We use Ceridian DayForce and this role will report to the Payroll Manager. You will be an important and valuable member of the Factory X team. You will work within the Payroll, People and Culture team with the ability to work autonomously.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing new starters in Docusign and DayForce
- Processing fortnightly employee pay runs for Australia and New Zealand
- Producing monthly payroll accrual reports as well as Superannuation and Payroll Tax payments
- Preparing PAYG tax payment fortnightly

Prepare payday filing for IRD on fortnightly basis
- Assisting the finance department with conducting regular reviews of payroll processes, ensuring the business is operating within relevant regulations, policies and laws
- Assisting the finance department with year end to ensure compliance with the ATO, State Revenue Offices and WorkCover
- Filing and maintenance of personnel files
- Entering T&A into Dayforce
- Compliance and adhoc reporting
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines -Proficiency in the use of various Microsoft Office and payroll-related software -A high level of confidentiality, integrity and sensitivity is critical in this role. -Previous experience with DayForce is preferred but not essential
