As a Childcare Trainee with a local centre in Warwick Farm, you'll receive hands-on training while supporting children's learning, development and play in a nurturing environment. If you're caring, reliable and motivated by the joy of helping little ones grow, this traineeship could be your perfect fit.

In this exciting and rewarding traineeship, you'll work towards completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Supporting children aged 0–5 in their learning, play and development.
  • Working closely with experienced educators in a nurturing team environment.
  • Helping with daily routines including meals, rest time, and engaging activities.
  • Contributing to child observations and learning documentation.
  • Communicating with families and capturing special moments through photography.
  • Assisting with lesson planning and occasional enrolment paperwork.

How to Get Started:

  • Hold a Working With Children's Check (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one at short notice.
  • Have a passion for childcare and the industry.
  • Mature minded - we want someone who can show initiative and be adaptable.
  • Have your own transport to get to and from the centre everyday.
