How You Will Support
- Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
- Promote happiness, wellbeing and quality of life for residents
- Assist in delivery of various workshops, social and other activities
- Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
- Document any changes to resident?s activities or as required by Occupational Health & Safety
- Communicate with residents and their families

What You Will Bring
- Demonstrated understanding of leisure and lifestyle programming and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Certificate III/IV in Leisure and Health
- Previous experience in a Lifestyle Assistant/Coordinator position (or similar), including dementia care
- Experience using a computerized care management system (desirable) and outstanding computer literacy skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a NDIS worker screening clearance, flu vaccination, and certification proof.
