Burgerooze Sunbury, a popular and vibrant eatery known for its delicious burgers and lively atmosphere, is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender/Server at Burgerooze, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while enjoying our delectable menu offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and accurately process drink and food orders.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with our recipes and standards.
- Mix and serve drinks promptly while maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
- Provide recommendations and offer suggestions on menu items, specials, and beverages.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and equipment.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and stocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold all health and safety standards and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending and/or serving in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and familiarity with a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
