As a Bartender, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity behind the bar, working with premium spirits, hand-picked ingredients, and cutting-edge techniques. Whether it's shaking up classic cocktails or inventing your signature concoctions, you'll be part of an exciting journey in the world of mixology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a diverse range of craft cocktails with precision and flair.
- Interact with guests, understanding their preferences, and providing personalized drink recommendations.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
- Collaborate with our talented team to develop new and exciting cocktail menus.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in bartending or hospitality (but if you're a quick learner, we'd love to train you).
- A genuine passion for mixology and the art of bartending.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid RSA certificate.

**Salary**: $29.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

- Melbourne, VIC 3004 (required)
