About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Identity Analyst to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient processing of access and identity-related requests within required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Main Responsibilities

  • Operate the SailPoint IdentityIQ system, providing seamless identity management operations.
  • Manage and patch the cloud infrastructure of the Identity Management system to maintain optimal performance.
  • Continuously improve the SailPoint Identity platform and its operational environment to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement defined business roles within the IAM solution and mitigate audit and regulatory issues.
  • Monitor systems associated with IAM incident and problem management support to ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management tools, specifically SailPoint IdentityIQ Access Governance.
  • Knowledge of configuring connectors, role management, life cycle manager provisioning, access certifications, report generation, and integration with end/target systems and SailPoint IdentityIQ APIs.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to resolve audit and regulatory issues.

Skills Required

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Auditing and Compliance

The candidate should have experience with auditing and compliance procedures, including risk assessments and remediation plans.

System Administration

Familiarity with system administration principles and practices is essential, including server management, backup and recovery, and network security.
