Who are we looking for?
We have an exciting part-time opportunity (3 days per week) for a Training Co-ordinator to join our national People & Culture Team based in Adelaide. This is a dynamic hands-on role, responsible for managing CPP's operational training program, which includes co-ordinating all operational and safety training to ensure the competencies for our employees nationally.
You will also be an interface to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and maintain accurate training records for on each of our projects.
**As a Training Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for**:
Ensuring all tickets, certificates and licenses are current and valid
Uploading them on the internal training portal for all new starters
Coordinating our Apprenticeship Program
Liaising with training Organisations on the scheduling of courses
Scheduling training and ensuring records are maintained
Maintaining CPP's competency framework and profile for the business and each project
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
Experience supporting multi-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated ability working autonomously, and within a team environment
Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and to work under pressure
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Packages - Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook
High attention to detail, strong administrative and record keeping skills
Solid interpersonal skills and able to build relationships with stakeholders
Previous experience in either a HR / Training Coordinator role or equivalent administrative function will be highly regarded.
