They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Consultant to reach out to potential customers they have on their database to discuss their training and development requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering product and services questions - training provided
- Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Recent Customer Service experience in a related environment is advantageous
- A passion for Customer Service and a commitment to satisfying customers
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Qualities including understanding, resilience, objection handling, empathy and patience
- A genuine desire to work in a high performing team
