In this role, you will become the local customer and strategy expert, with an oversight for all activities related to developing new Products and existing Product Features that create value both for customers and Convera.

**In your role as a Staff Product Delivery Manager, you will**:

- Ensure Convera products are appropriately packaged & rolled out through the entire roadmap from launch to general adoption
- Be responsible for achieving adoption targets and milestones for new Products and Product feature initiatives.
- Be a key source of ideas, plans, and execution for new capability and experiences that differentiate our offering in the market and ensure Convera wins in the marketplace.
- Work closely with the broader Convera team across APAC, and the world, to ensure a coherent and scalable customer experience results from Product Management initiatives

**You will ideally**:

- Be a skilled planner, with the ability to have an in-depth knowledge of all parts of our solutions, including sales, operations, technology, compliance, marketing, legal, training, customer service, finance and treasury.
- Have previous product, project management, Pre-Sales, or solution design and implementation experience
- Have good critical thinking, problem solving, and technical skills, with evidence of stakeholder management skills that achieved outcomes
- Have solid presentation and communication skills
- Have experience working with agile methodologies
- Have 5+ years of experience, preferably within the payments or financial services sector
