Job Description Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver solutions.Optimise data systems and workflows for enhanced efficiency.Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.Support the integration of new data sources into the existing infrastructure.Monitor data systems to identify and resolve any technical issues promptly.Provide technical expertise on data engineering best practices.Document processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
The Successful Applicant A successful Data Engineer should have:Proficiency in data engineering tools and technologies.Strong understanding of database systems and data modelling techniques.Experience with cloud platforms and big data frameworks.Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
