We're on the lookout for a sharp, strategic, and solutions-focused Senior Financial Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team right here in beautiful Broadbeach, QLD.
In this pivotal role, you'll take the reins on end-of-month reporting, lead a small but mighty team, and keep our transactional entries and financial frameworks shipshape.

What you'll be owning...Lead and support a small finance team, championing collaboration and continuous improvementAccurately manage revenue invoicing, general journal entries, and intercompany transactionsEnsure timely closing of monthly financial periods and deliver Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reportsTackle reconciliations with finesse from fixed assets to intercompany loansManage compliance matters including BAS lodgement, payroll, superannuation, and audit supportStrengthen internal controls and contribute to process and system enhancementsBuild strong relationships with offshore teams, suppliers, auditors, and tax consultantsPartner with stakeholders to ensure our financial engine runs like clockwork What we're looking for...CPA or CA qualified (highly desirable but not essential)Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce3+ years' experience in a similar finance role, or 5+ years' proven industry experienceStrong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skillsAdvanced time management, autonomy, and attention to detailSolid working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs a must)Confident working across reporting systems and able to roll with evolving techAble to juggle deadlines, priorities, and still keep a cool head A collaborative leader who thrives on getting things done and done well Your awesome extras...
