A highly desired design practice in Sydney is looking for a motivated graduate of Architecture** **to work on bespoke Residential and Hospitality projects. **Key Responsibilities**
- Follow creative direction of senior management, working together to deliver turn-key Architectural and Interior projects with excellence
- Work across various sectors, with initial focus on documentation from briefing to DA to construction stages Specification and sourcing of samples for details design phase
- Prepare and produce accurate architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Support the project team in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met
- Contribute to the overall design process, offering creative solutions and contributing to design reviews and critiques
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and independently when required to meet project goals and deadlines

**Skills and experience**
- Relevant degree/qualifications in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD software for documentation and Sketchup for early design work
- Excellent design and technical skills, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into well-coordinated and detailed architectural drawings
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes/regulations
- Previous local experience working on high quality residential/hospitality projects - ideally shared in a design portfolio at interview stage
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well within a team and independently
