**How You'll Shine**

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will ensure our Owners and guests dining in our Beaches Restaurant have a memorable dining experience. You will also actively contribute to the company vision of putting the world of vacation by providing superior and personalised customer service while assisting with training, recruitment and other supervisory duties as needed.

**What You'll Bring**

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

- Previous experience in a food and beverage environment
- Previous leadership or management experience
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- A current Food Safety Certificate
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Have sound knowledge of the local area and the local attractions
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, public and school holidays
