About the Role
Do you enjoy the pace of a busy bar? Does the energy of a fast-paced restaurant drive you? Or is it the seamless execution of a large-scale event that motivates you? At QT, we do things a little differently and we're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who's ready to lead with style, personality, and passion. You'll mentor and support the team, uphold our high service standards, and create memorable guest moments across our unique venues. If you've got leadership in your veins, a love for fast-paced hospitality, and a flair for the QT way of doing things – quirky, premium, and always guest-obsessed – then this is your kind of role.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with venue managers to deliver seamless, high-standard service across all outlets.
Lead your team with confidence – from briefing staff, managing floor operations, to packing down post-event – ensuring each shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
Create exceptional guest experiences, every time. You'll set the tone for service, ensure the vibe is just right, and jump in where needed to maintain QT's signature standards.
Collaborate with departments across the hotel to ensure communication and coordination are spot on.
Skills & Experience
To succeed as Food and Beverage Supervisor you will need:
Previous experience across hotel restaurants, bars, cafes, or large-scale events is highly regarded.
Hands-on approach to work alongside your team
Strong Food and Beverage service skills
Precise attention to detail with an intense desire to strive for excellence always
A confident, proactive and thorough problem solver, with strong conflict resolution skills
The natural ability to remain calm under pressure when responding to last-minute changes
Flawless presentation and grooming together with the ability to connect with VIP guests and visitors
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
