Professional Audio & Television (PAT) is looking for a highly organised, detail-driven, and self-starting Admin, Logistics & Sales Supportprofessional to join our Hornsby office full-time .
This is a key role at the heart of our business - perfect for someone who thrives on juggling multiple tasks, loves working with people, and takes genuine pride in what they do.What you'll be doing:Coordinating daily operations across our Sydney and Auckland officesManaging all incoming and outgoing freight - quality control is a must
Handling project schedules, including hardware and software deliveriesBooking and coordinating staff travel, tradeshows, and roadshowsOrganising and replenishing office supplies and promotional stockOverseeing the repairs and servicing of company vehiclesOrganising internal and external events for staff and clientsProviding general admin and sales support to our teams in Sydney & AucklandActing as a go-to team member who just gets things doneWhat we're looking for:Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership of your workHighly organised, task-driven, and confident working unsupervisedAbility to multitask in high-pressure environmentsA clear and confident communicator - from juniors to CEOsAbility to assess situations and build action plansTeam player with a positive, can-do attitudePride in your work, and the initiative to go the extra mileA wicked sense of humour - we're serious about not taking ourselves too seriously
