Admin & Facility Coordinator (4-Month Contract)

Your key responsibilities include:

Greet visitors warmly, manage sign-ins, and issue security passes.

Answer calls and emails professionally, directing queries as needed.

Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering arrangements.

Conduct visitor inductions and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Provide general administrative support to the site manager.

Coordinate cleaning requests, maintenance contractors, and appliance servicing.

Maintain a clean, well-stocked office and kitchen environment.

Assist with internal communications, events, and site-wide announcements.

Significant previous experience in reception, office coordination, or administration.

Strong customer service ethic and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using modern administration technology.

Excellent time management, multitasking, and organisational abilities.

High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Professionalism, approachability, and a service-oriented mindset.

Reliability, common sense and calmness under pressure.
