**About the role**:
The Analyst Practise Lead will lead a team of security analysts engaged in all aspects of a project / product lifecycle for the Identity & Access Management Platforms. This includes requirements gathering and & elaboration, process analysis and mapping, functional design, iteration / implementation planning and execution, quality assurance & acceptance, data migration, release management and transition to the BAU.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Build a security analyst centre of excellence including recruiting and retaining talent.
- Establish best practice and ensure alignment
- Be an active people leader training and developing team members
- Lead or contribute into the discovery of the IT solution requirements.
- Lead or contribute into the development of the business case for the IT solution.
- Work closely with the business and IT teams to understand and solve the business problem and develop options for the functional design & business change.
- Manage and elaborate requirements to support solution implementation. This may include requirements and functional design modelling besides writing business requirements artefacts including but not limited to business functional design, user stories / use cases, process mapping and requirements modelling.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials and templates for projects requiring Identity and Access Management services.
- Work with the quality assurance team(s) to assure business and technical acceptance of the solution being delivered.
- Manage work-stream, or work with the delivery team to contribute in planning and execution of the project activities.
- Lead or contribute into the change management activities to support project implementations and transition into the BAU.
- Maintain IAM platform level documentation.

**About you and your skills**:

- Formal tertiary qualification preferred.
- Experience in retail environment advantageous.
- Able to harness information and opportunities.
- Values specialist expertise and capitalises on the knowledge and skills of others within the organisation. Contributes own expertise to achieve outcomes for the business unit.
