We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee a team of security analysts responsible for all aspects of project lifecycle management for Identity & Access Management Platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building a centre of excellence for security analysts, including talent recruitment and retention.
  • Establishing best practices and ensuring alignment.
  • Leading or contributing to IT solution requirements discovery.
  • Developing business cases for IT solutions.
  • Collaborating with business and IT teams to solve problems and develop options.
  • Managing and elaborating requirements to support solution implementation.
  • Creating onboarding materials and templates for projects requiring Identity and Access Management services.
  • Working with quality assurance teams to assure business and technical acceptance of delivered solutions.
  • Managing work-streams or contributing to project activity planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Formal tertiary qualification preferred.
  • Experience in retail environment advantageous.
  • Able to harness information and opportunities.
  • Values specialist expertise and capitalises on knowledge and skills within the organisation.
