This is your chance to join headspace Proserpine, where you'll support young people aged 12–25 and guide best-practice care that changes lives.headspace Proserpine is operated by North and West Remote Health (NWRH), a trusted provider of primary health services across northern and remote Queensland.
We're seeking a Senior Mental Health Clinician to lead evidence-based practice, mentor colleagues, and provide meaningful interventions for young people.Why this role mattersLead with purpose – support the team in clinical decision-making and mentor graduate practitioners.Provide care that counts – deliver psychological assessments and interventions for young people experiencing low–moderate mental health concerns.Collaborate for better outcomes – work closely with the Clinical Lead and Centre Manager to determine the right pathways for every young person.Be part of something bigger – contribute to early intervention service development and regular case reviews to strengthen youth mental health in the region.What's on offerWe value the people who make a difference.
