Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Affairs, the Manager Strategic Engagement plays an important role in driving ATCO's engagement and advocacy strategy to inform and influence stakeholders and customers about the evolving role of the reticulated gas network in Western Australia as we embark on hydrogen and biogas projects.

You'll be joining a $22b global company with diverse products and services across energy infrastructure, housing, transportation and renewable energy projects.

Leading a matrix team of stakeholder engagement, marketing and communications specialists, the role will act as the face of ATCO and work closely with the ATCO Gas Management team and ATCO's Executive team to position and influence ATCO's role in WA's energy market, develop engagement and strategic marketing campaigns, promote ATCO's hydrogen and biogas projects as well strategically position ATCO and the role natural gas plays as enabler in the energy transition.

**What you will contribute to**:

- Develop and deliver a stakeholder engagement strategy to influence ATCO's brand and reputation to key stakeholders
- Develop integrated engagement campaigns to inform and influence targeted audiences
- Develop management plans to leverage and support hydrogen hub site tours
- Work closely with government relations on policy positions and advocacy activities

**About you**:

- University degree in Communications, PR or similar
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing stakeholder engagements strategies within the energy industry
- Strong digital marketing skills with the ability to develop strategic marketing campaigns for a wide range of audiences
- A strong understanding of WA's energy market
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with the ability communicate at all levels
- Government relations and advocacy experience
