Leading Indigenous Affairs requires a unique blend of strategy, leadership and community engagement.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our efforts in Western Australia, driving results through Indigenous Employment and Reconciliation Action Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Indigenous Affairs strategies that align with Country Business and HR objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Indigenous team to achieve company goals.
  • Implement assigned components of the strategy, tracking related metrics and accountability for Indigenous & Community engagement across service platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Indigenous Affairs, preferably in the resources industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Indigenous Affairs programs in complex organisations.
  • High level ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
