Career-Defining Rotations: Gain hands-on experience across our core departments—Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Customer Experience (CX). Tailor your journey with a primary "home" rotation while exploring other areas to broaden your skill set.Global Exposure: Work alongside our international teams with a fully-paid rotation at our Barcelona office. Learn how a global brand operates while experiencing another vibrant culture. Yes – that's right BarcelonaMentorship & Development: Be paired with experienced mentors and participate in workshops and training programs. Program Details
Location: MelbourneDuration: 18 monthsCompensation: Base Salary + Super + all the benefits that the LE team enjoyStart Date: February 2026Qualifiers: Must have graduated in '24 or '25 in a relevant field
