**Key responsibilities - Graduate Program - Consultancy**
This is a 24-month rotational program with a mixture of formal learning,
**mentorship **and shadowing for a well-rounded development plan. The goal is to ensure you are fully immersed in the Project Development & Services team and enjoy as much exposure throughout with internal teams and clients.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, Building Managers, Design teams, and other consultants (e.g interior designers, service engineers, surveyors etc)
- The Graduate Program will consist of three 8 month rotations:_
- **Project Services -** assisting the Project Manager
- **Program Management** - assisting the Program Manager
- **Building Consultancy** - assisting the Building Consultant
- The following responsibilities outline the tasks you can expect to be involved with, but are not limited to:_
- Document preparation and evaluation for tender submissions
- Attending project and client meetings and taking minutes
- Financial administration (e.g draft invoices, updating cost reports)
- Site inspections
- Learning new systems & reporting (e.g ePMO, Procore, Matterport)
- Site visits with clients
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of program delivery

You will also have exposure to the design & workplace team and other departments in the wider organisation to gain a holistic view of the global business.

On completion of the 24-month program, you will graduate into the Project & Development Services team.

**Job requirements - Graduate Program - Consultancy**
- Educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant discipline (e.g building design, construction management, engineering, project management, building surveying, interior design, architecture, finance) **OR**:

- Completing or recently completed a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Accounting & Finance
- Graduate member or eligible for graduate membership of related profession desirable (eg: RICS, AIPM, IEAust, RAIA)
- An interest in the built environment (e.g. industrial, civil, commercial, schools etc)
- Any experience (paid or unpaid) in the property industry is helpful
- Well versed with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Great communicator, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skillset and ability to prioritise workload
- Meticulous attention to detail
