Your focus will be on end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to successful handover, ensuring alignment with governance, budget, and schedule requirements.
You'll collaborate closely with technical teams, business leaders, and external partners to deliver outcomes that support mission-critical operations.What You'll Be DoingLeading end-to-end project delivery of IT projects, from initiation to implementation and transition to BAUDeveloping and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and reportingLeading and motivating cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and cohesion.Ensuring delivery aligns with the client's strategic objectives and compliance needsMaintaining clear and transparent communication with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendorsEnsuring all project documentation, reporting, and compliance obligations are completed to a high standardDriving collaboration and problem-solving in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environmentWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will bring 4+ years Senior Project Management experience and a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
You will also bring the following skills and expertise:Proven experience delivering both infrastructure and applications/digital transformation projectsPrevious experience working in high-compliance environments such as Defence, Government, or similarStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional project teamsExpertise in project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.Ability to proactively identify and manage project risksAdept at implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for project deliverablesWhat makes us a great place to work?
