Job Title: Precinct Development Specialist

This role involves managing Council's participation in the planning and development of precincts within the SRL East project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting with stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve agreed outcomes around specific planning issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing planning strategies for precincts
  • Providing input into the preparation of precinct structure plans

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary or postgraduate qualification in urban planning or a related field
  • The right to work in Australia
  • A satisfactory National Police Check
