**About the Position**
The **Enterprise Account Executive - Education **will empower Higher Education customers across VIC, NSW and ACT to drive outcomes for their constituents, including students, staff and faculty, and support achievement of their mission with one integrated platform.
You will formulate and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth both inside large existing accounts as well as prospecting and hunting to build new relationships in your territory.
**Responsibilities**
- Build and drive revenue within Enterprise Higher Education Institutions
- Generate business opportunities through prospecting and cold-calling as well as up-selling and cross-selling into existing accounts
- Solution selling to identify customer needs and business potential to build strategic, long-term partnerships
- Partnering with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise including Marketing, Industry Advisors, Alliances, Solution Engineering and Customer Success Management.
- Meet and exceed growth expectations of your territory
- Build and develop a strategic business plan and sales pipeline
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of sophisticated software sales including engaging and selling into the C-suite and Directors and all LOBs
- Consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment of $1M - $1.5M USD revenue
- Outstanding intuition for business, organisation, tenacity and communication skills - both verbal and written
- Consistent record of strategic account planning
- Ability to build and present executive-level slide decks and present them to customers
- Ideally you will have a knowledge of selling into education and a passion for this sector
- Ability to partner with virtual and extended teams
- Confirmed ability to lead sophisticated commercial processes
- Ability working with legal and sales operations team to negotiate deal closure
