- Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, you will lead a superb team that is specialized in delivering excellent operational outcomes that are effective, efficient, and safe.
- The culture will encourage you to master your engaging leadership style, emphasizing collaboration and teamwork.
- This role will have a number of vital focus areas.
- As one might expect, your management capabilities will put to the test as you organize a large team to deliver effective and safe operational goals. Working within a rotating shift environment, your flexibility will assist in successfully achieving your goals.
- Additionally, you will be required to manage a range of tasks and do what you can to make sure that all operational functional tasks are completed to the highest standards. You will look for innovations to allow improved efficiencies. You will make sure labor scheduling is efficient. You will manage the performance of your entire team and nurture a culture of safety.
- The primary requisite to be considered for this role will be your previous leadership experience. This may have been gained in a different field.
- Ideally you can combine this with experience that has allowed you to gain an understanding of basic DC operational principles.
