**Accountabilities include**: - Provide end-to-end customer-focused verbal and written advice to stakeholders and customers, many of whom have severe or chronic disability, in a timely and efficient manner. Process and update TSS applications and maintain membership and application information using a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). Accurately triage and assess TSS applications through application of basic understanding of the TSS medical conditions eligibility criteria to determine applications for TSS team assessment and which require medical assessment by Queensland Heallth TSS Assessment team. This involves. Accurately assess TSS trips taken by members against strict validation guidelines, and confidently seek to obtain accurate trip data from stakeholders. Maintain high quality output by prioritising and balancing competing workloads measured against KPI's to ensure deadlines are met. Deliver tasks and activities individually and as a team member and contribute to the improvement of business processes governing the Taxi Subsidy Scheme. Maintain a working knowledge of public transport issues which may impact the Taxi Subsidy Scheme.
