About the role
As part of our small, diverse and agile team, you will be an integral part of the design, development and deployment of effective and engaging eLearning content and courses that increase learner capacity to support our growth agenda and meet the health needs of our growing community.
Our Instructional Designer (AO5) vacancy is the result of movement in our team including backfill and some ongoing project and resultant business as usual workload backlog.

About you
- Design and delivery of engaging interactive online learning courses, content and materials.
- Management and administration of Learning Management Systems, tools and e-Learning content development and publishing practices.
- High level attention to detail for routine maintenance and system audit to ensure accuracy and functionality; identify and mitigate data integrity issues to ensure compliance.
- Collaboration with others and partner with content experts to support the development and maintenance of high-quality e-Learning content.
- Values-based behaviour in interactions with team members, customers, and external partners.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
