We currently have a role on our team for a Part Time Corporate Receptionist who will be responsible for providing a professional, polite and efficient reception service. Based at a leading International Investment Bank, along with day to day reception operations you will assist with service of the meeting rooms according to business demands. This role will be offering 30 hours per week, between 0830- 1800 Monday to Friday - perfect work life balance

**Key duties**
- Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
- Following established procedures and registration with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals
- Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
- Manage and document client feedback

**The Person**
- Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
- Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Current COVID Vaccinations are a mandatory requirement for this role
