**The role**: Join our highly skilled Cyber Security Group team to ensure end to end service delivery for enterprise systems within Queensland Health. You will utilise your high-level technical knowledge and skills to provide high level support and consulting services to Cyber Security customers, to successfully implement the Cyber Security Gateways function.It will be your responsibility to perform initial assessments on new security threats and proactively respond to any potential cyber issues following predefined actions to handle BAU and High severity issues including escalating to other support groups. Are you right for this role?You will have a demonstrated ability to develop and promote Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework, primarily incident / problem / change / release / configuration management. You will bring extensive experience analysing and addressing complex ICT system issues relating to ICT security, using technologies such as;
- Network Firewalls; e.g., Checkpoint or Cisco ASA
- Network Security; IPS, Antivirus, Antimalware
- Network Management; Routing, BGP, NAC
- Load Balancing and Clustering, NAT
- External Access, Site to Site and Dynamic VPN's, Citrix, VDI
- Forward and Reverse Proxy configuration and implementations
- 2 Factor Authentication mechanisms, SMS, tokens, certificates and PKI
- Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, VMWare, Azure, AWS
- Microsoft Active Directory, Managing Internal and External DNS
