**Purpose of the role**

We're looking for a proactive Search & Affiliates Coordinator to support and optimise Youi's Paid Search and Affiliate programs. You'll manage day-to-day affiliate activity and assist with Paid Search campaign execution, reporting, and testing. Ideal for someone analytical, detail-focused, and eager to drive performance across two key digital channels.

**Key priorities**
- Optimise affiliate partnerships to boost sales growth.
- Recruit and manage new affiliates to expand the program.
- Ensure affiliate initiatives align with company policies.
- Monitor affiliate performance and relationships.
- Support Paid Search execution, including testing and bid management.
- Assist with reporting and insights for both channels.
- Use data to drive search campaign optimisations.
- Deliver clear reports on campaign ROI and performance.

**About you**
**Experience & Knowledge**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics
- Experience in performance marketing and campaign management tools
- Google Ads certification and platform editor experience preferred
- Solid understanding of PPC and media platform functionality
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with strong communication, project management, and risk management skills.

**Ways of working**

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.

**Sippy Downs & Fortitude Valley**:
This role can be based at either our Headquarters in Sippy Downs or our Fortitude Valley office.
