ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

These customer-focused leadership roles are caring for a team of food professionals and facilities staff. Your commitment to safety and respect for our environment is essential to succeed in these key roles.

**Key Duties**
- Manage & lead the running of your departmental team
- Assign and monitor daily tasks for team members
- Deliver to a high expectation of a premium experience
- Oversee staff performance to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide guidance, training and support to staff
- Manage the expectations of both clients and residents

**The Person**:

- **Previous FIFO experience highly regarded**:

- Prior experience in cleaning/administrative/catering, preferably in a supervisory role
- Recent graduates within hospitality will also be considered
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Current Driver's license
