**360personnel **are currently looking for **Catering Assistant** to start work with us in an Aged Care facility based in **Cronulla.**

We are offering part-time, casual and full-time work for hospitality sector all around Sydney.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Morning shift

**What we require from you**:

- Work experience in a commercial kitchen or similar role
- Understanding of WHS practices
- Experience in aged care would be advantageous
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable
- Communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the chef with mise on place and all preparations
- Assistance in meal preparation and serving
- Communication Skills
- Following all Food Safety Guidelines and HACCP program
- Assisting with deliveries of stock and stock rotation (FIFO)
