**About the Role**:
Are you a natural leader with a green thumb and an eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Garden Maintenance Team Leader. Embark on a journey where your love for gardening meets your knack for organisation and leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage high end sites in Melbourne's southeastern suburbs, with tools and daily transportation from Dandenong provided.
- Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to complete essential garden maintenance, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team, enhancing horticultural skills and promoting safe practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess garden conditions, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary corrective actions.

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- White Card
- Valid Drivers' license
- Team player with excellent communication skills
