Our collaborative, customer-focused culture empowers our team to thrive and make a real impact. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, this role offers the chance to lead a data-driven marketing transformation across all our brands.

**A day in the life**

At MyState, we're big enough to offer great products and services to our customers, yet small enough that your role will have a significant impact on the business.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end digital analytics framework—from tagging and tracking to reporting and insights. You'll lead the optimisation of our online experience, guiding website visitors through to completed online accounts using a strong data-driven and testing approach.

**About you**

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Proven experience in digital analytics, CRO, or performance marketing roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRO platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target).
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests, analysing results, and making optimisation recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
