Monday - Friday, between 8am - 4pm NSW time (hours to be discussed)

Would suit a retired tradesperson or builder looking for office work

OR tradesperson looking to transition to office work

OR administration person with experience in trades/manufacturing industry.

Pay to be negotiated.

Must be reliable, have strong attention to detail, work well under pressure, and have the ability to multi-task. Main duties include answering phones, assisting customers with their orders (will need to understand or learn to interpret trades drawings and measurements), preparing documentation for workshop.

**Key responsibilities**
- Customer service
- Provide support to management and everyday operations
- Process client/ company documents
- Preparing and printing documents as requested
- Data entry
- Ensuring office operations run smoothly
- General admin / reception duties
- Admin ADHOC duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
