Our teams are motivated to provide custom offerings designed to help every potential client make the most of their partnership with Guidepoint.The team is looking for a Business Development Associate to further develop our business with major Corporate clients within the region.
The Associate will be responsible for assisting in building a pipeline of prospects across a variety of industries.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who wants to learn more about the institutional investment industry and make a significant contribution to our business model.What You'll DoConduct outbound prospecting to qualify new business leads and help source new business opportunitiesPartner with senior sales team members to schedule meetings with new prospects, set up meetings with existing strategic accounts to identify growth and cross-selling opportunities, and manage client feedback callsMeet designated prospecting and meeting targets through cold calling and other lead generation effortsAssist in the development of marketing materials and client presentationsDevelop a working knowledge of primary research methods, the competitive landscape, and the institutional investment industry investment process and investment strategiesWhat You HaveRecognised Bachelor\'s degree from a tertiary institutionExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishBroad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship managementExcellent communicator capable of handling high-profile clients across different industry sectorsDemonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere that is fast-paced as well as results-orientedDesire to work in a sales/lead generation role that is KPI and metrics-drivenWhat We OfferHybrid work arrangement - 2 days at homeCompetitive compensationInformal work environmentEntrepreneurial, diverse, international cultureAbout GuidepointGuidepoint is a leading research enablement platform designed to advance understanding and empower our clients' decision-making process.
