**Marketing Lead**

We are currently looking for a Marketing Lead to drive the marketing plan for our complete range of solutions, products and services. Your role will focus on planning, managing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Mipac's solutions, products and services while working across all teams including sales, project teams, account and product managers, and the marketing team.
You will have the ability to piece different ideas and products together into a cohesive marketing plan which includes: strategy, market analysis, product launch, competitive intel, personas, customer journey and sales enablement.
The key to your success will be your ability to be hands-on while remaining flexible and agile while working across all internal teams including sales, product, and marketing to drive results.
**About you; what you bring to the table**:
- 7+ years of experience in a B2B or relevant fast-paced environment
- The ability to piece different ideas and products together into a cohesive marketing plan which includes: strategy, market analysis, product launch, competitive intel, personas, customer journey and sales enablement
- Excellent written & verbal communication & presentation skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to project manage and drive projects from conception through implementation and to analyse post-campaign results
- An eye for design - Helping set and maintain all collateral templates so that Mipac documents, PowerPoints, videos, etc all have consistent branding guidelines
- An analytical mindset with the ability to think big
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of adobe creative suite
