**About the Company**

A global leader within their industry, this forward thinking organisation require a Head of HR for their Australian arm. Reporting to the Group People Executive in the UK and with a strong working relationship with Australian COO, you will partner with the leaders to provide support and advice to drive performance and a values driven culture across the organisation.

**About the Role**

You will play an integral part in the planning and implementation of a broad range of People & Culture initiatives across the full employee lifecycle including workforce strategy, employee relations, performance management, engagement, talent, capability and learning and development.

Leading a small team, you will lead and execute on activities to elevate the HR function, provide a customer centric service to internal and external customers, and ultimately build and maintain a culture that supports its people to achieve outstanding performance and innovation.

**About you**

Professional qualifications will be complemented with HR Business Partnering experience, a proactive and professional working style and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business. You will have proven experience working with leaders to coach and guide their decision-making process, alongside your ability to influence culture and performance.

You will be comfortable working in a role which blends strategy with operational delivery (working in a lean team you will need to be willing to roll up your sleeves) and flexing between the two as the business requires.
