Key Responsibilities
- Ability to identify opportunities and drive performance and behaviours
- Ensure coaching methods and delivery are aligned with partner needs and IAG Partner Value Proposition (PVP)
- Coaching of Partner staff:

- Identifying learning needs and growth opportunities
- Ongoing 1:1 or group coaching for skill development and embedment of product knowledge into conversations
- Embedment of Regulatory conversations
- Monitoring of behaviour changes through goal setting and follow up
- Development planning with partner branch managers/stakeholders
- Preparation, Analysis and delivery of sales production reports
- End to end responsibility for partner marketing campaigns
- Partner Monitoring and effective planning for successful journey
- Engage stakeholders to agree upon coaching prioritisation and expectations
- Understand the operational risk and compliance requirements relevant to our partners and the IAG Partner and Platforms network, ensuring coaching is delivered to support adherence to these requirements
- Maintain coaching records to ensure they remain up to date, relevant and compliant
- Follow appropriate coaching and compliance adherence and sign-off practices

Skills & Experience
- ASIC Tier 2
- Full Driver's License
- Insurance and/or financial institution experience
- Proven coaching skills (minimum 3 years)
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in Cisco WebEx Training Centre
- Coaching experience using virtual learning facilitation
- Coaching Skills
- Relationship management
- Effective time management
- Working independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships to a high-level of customer satisfaction and in managing external providers
- Ability to communicate at business, corporate and industry levels
- Experience working in third party distribution environment
- Experience working in an operational, underwriting or customer service level
