Full-Time | Senior Leadership Role | National ScopeWe're looking for a hands-on National WHS Manager to lead the safety agenda across a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment — with some exposure to warehousing, and distribution centres, This is your opportunity to apply your skills and experience on a national level and help drive safety across all areas of the business.This role is about more than compliance — it's about driving real change, lifting capability, and embedding safety into the way people lead, work, and make decisions every day.100% office-based, with limited travel required — ideal for someone who thrives on making a big impact remotely through strong leadership, communication, and strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a national WHS strategy aligned with business goals Partner with operational leaders to drive safety ownership across all levels Lead risk management programs, incident investigations, and compliance reviews Maintain and update WHS systems, policies, and documentation Deliver training and capability uplift initiatives across all departments Monitor and report on safety performance, regulatory compliance, and audit outcomes Engage with regulatory bodies and represent the business as requiredWhat You'll Bring8–10 years of WHS leadership experience across complex, multi-site organisations Strong understanding of WHS legislation, codes of practice, and risk frameworks Proven ability to influence and coach senior operational leaders Experience working in environments such as retail, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS, Risk, or Occupational Health (ICAM certification advantageous)Data literacy and experience using safety reporting tools and system.You'll Be Successful In This Role If You...Can balance strategic oversight with practical, data-driven execution Lead through influence and collaboration, even from a distance Are confident building strong partnerships and driving accountability remotely Are passionate about creating a proactive, safety-first cultureWhat's on OfferSenior leadership role with national responsibility 100% office-based role with minimal travel Collaborative environment with strong executive support Opportunity to shape the WHS function and make a measurable impactIf you're ready to lead from the front and help build a stronger, safer workplace — we want to hear from you.
