**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide building consultancy advice
- Technical Due Diligence and Capital Expenditure reporting
- Reinstatement cost assessments
- Project management
- Make good assessments and negotiations
- Defect diagnosis and schedules of condition
- Ensure that long term relationships are maintained in addition to developing new client relationships

**Who we are looking for?**
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
- Good understanding of relevant building legislation
- Good understanding of financial reports
- Familiarity with processes involved with project delivery from inception to completion
- Ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts
- Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions
- Identify new business
- Involvement in all aspects of key service lines - project management, contract administration, make goods, budget costings, defect diagnosis
- Computer literate
- Ability to uncover and understand client objectives
