**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to our core values in sustainability and elevating awareness in this space, we have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic **Sustainability Analyst** to join our team based in **Macquarie Park NSW**. The role will see you drive the sustainability agenda for Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety with timely and accurate reporting of sustainability metrics such as carbon emissions and waste. This includes detailed reporting, tracking progress towards emission reduction targets and providing insights into sustainability initiatives.

This role will be structured as Part-Time, with opportunities for extra hours during peak busy periods.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Overall reporting on all carbon emissions and waste generated by the Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety divisions
- Develop insightful reporting to support key strategic initiatives aimed at improving carbon emissions and waste to ensure achievement of desired outcomes
- Maintain relationships with WIS' energy provider, waste provider and fleet provider; along with relationships with the sustainability teams across the Wesfarmers group
- Support the team with audits and provide timely responses to queries regarding trends, data and supporting documentation
- Drive various projects across the division
- Adopt a team mindset of continuous improvement and solutions-focussed problem solving

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in an analytical role, preferably in sustainability or environment
- Strong analytical skills to analyse business processes and workflows
- Proficient in the use of analytic tools, with Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Envizi is highly desirable
- Environmental engineering and/or science background - preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills and influencing abilities
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent
