**In a nutshell**

Lead and inspire the team at Bondi's groundbreaking Social Wellness Club. Oversee all operations, delivering an exceptional experience for members and staff at this first-of-its-kind, iconic location.

Reporting to the National Head of Operations, this gig is all about driving the success of Bondi Westfield's groundbreaking Social Wellness Club. The 'all day concept' will feature a full state-of-the-art gym, group exercise classes, reformer pilates, cold plunge, sauna and spa. It will also feature the latest innovation and services, including recovery zones, sound bath, business lounge, co-working spaces, health food café, personal trainers, instructors, nutritionists and other health professionals

**Your gig**:

- You'll lead and inspire a passionate team, overseeing both the operational and commercial aspects of the club
- You'll oversee and deliver on the overall club experiences, creating an environment where members and team members love spending their time
- You'll coach, develop, and motivate the team to achieve their personal best.
- You'll ensure a seamless experience from welcoming sign-ups to group classes and the ultimate relaxation in our spa, sauna, cold plunge and recovery zones.
- You'll collaborate with the Central team to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- You'll maximize revenue while staying within agreed budgets.
- You'll advocate for safety, ensuring a secure environment for members and staff alike.

**To land this gig... and your ongoing mindset**:

- You're driven, level-headed and cool under pressure with 5+ years of health club leadership experience (ideally in a large scale club).
- You love to create alignment within teams as much as you love to create meaningful moments for members and deliver profitability for shareholders.
- You're a leader and an entrepreneur. Both equally.
- You love seeing your team knock it out of the park
- You're cool with ambiguity and you roll with the punches when things change.
- You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and may also have studied exercise or sports science. A+ for you.
