**The Role**

This is not your standard supervisor position. You'll perform specialist jacking of hydraulic excavators, shovels, and other large-scale equipment.

With a strong focus on quality assurance and client service, you'll oversee machine lifts, build stakeholder relationships, and support training initiatives across multiple locations.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Supervising field crews and ensuring safe, compliant work delivery
- Performing and overseeing specialist jacking during slew bearing changes, track frame replacements, and shutdown support
- Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to problem-solve and deliver on expectations
- Local and interstate travel, regularly for periods up to 7-10 days, occasionally longer when conducting our specialist jacking work with associated shutdown support

**About You**

We're looking for a **hands-on leader** who can guide teams in high-risk environments while staying cool, calm, and connected to clients and crews.

**To thrive in this role, you'll need**:

- Mechanical aptitude and the confidence to hold technical conversations with stakeholders
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- A willingness to travel frequently, learn new systems, and think on your feet
- Training, QA or site leadership experience will be highly regarded
- Current valid driver's license
- Brisbane based, with regular travel required

**_Trade qualifications and experience in Mining are a bonus-but not essential. If you're mechanically minded and ready to grow, we'll back you with training._**
