Please note, in the JD below where 'campaigns' are referenced, these are not traditional marketing campaigns but rather business units/large scale projects in their own right. This is more of a commercially led role than a marketing role (there is a separate marcomms team who work closely with this role and team).

Position Overview:
The GM Campaigns role is both a revenue-generation and execution role, responsibility for generating and growing revenue across FightMND's campaigns, as well as operationally managing and delivering these campaigns/business units.

This includes the Big Freeze (including DIY Big Freeze and Big Freeze Socks) and Daniher's Drive, as well as any future FightMND campaigns.

The GM Campaigns leads the Campaigns team and has approximately 5-6 ongoing direct reports and also oversees all campaign-related contractors.

The works closely with the Marketing & Communications Director in relation to the marketing and communications elements of FightMND's campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies for all major FightMND campaigns in line with FightMND's strategy
- Grow revenue across FightMND campaigns
- Achieve Campaigns revenue targets and ensure an optimum level of return on investment

2. Planning and Project Management
- Develop and manage operational plans for all campaigns

3. Operations / Delivery
- Ensure successful execution of FightMND campaigns
- Establish and/or streamline processes to ensure operational efficiencies
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Director to implement Marketing & Communications plans for our campaigns

4. Stakeholder Management
- Cultivate and manage key stakeholders, talent and ambassadors relevant to campaigns, including Ch7, AFL and our corporate partners
- Represent FightMND as a media spokesperson for our campaigns as required

3. Reporting and Analysis
- Manage the Campaigns P&L, including budgeting and forecasting
- Report, review and analyse the impact of our Campaigns activities, including the establishment of key metrics
- Report and present to the Board as required

5. People-management
- Be an enterprise-leader of FightMND
- Build a high-performance Campaigns Team

Experience
- Overall management responsibility for large-scale revenue generation campaigns
- Proven success in growing revenue through different channels
- Understanding of FMCG, retail and sporting industries, particularly relating to merchandise distribution and marketing
- Understanding of the media landscape as it relates to campaigns/events promotions with strong relationships with key players in the industry
- Working with corporate partners at both operational and senior levels
- Management of large-scale projects
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Expertise in Excel, CRM and project management software
- Experience in managing a small team
