Installation Engineer (Air Conditioning, HVAC, Refrigeration)
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to be based at our Ipswich branch.
Overview
Location: Ipswich, United Kingdom
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Install and commission a wide range of air conditioning units at a variety of sites.
Work closely with the project manager to ensure installations meet customer specifications with the highest quality and service levels.
Travel around Suffolk and occasionally further afield as part of a mobile role.
Requirements
Solid working knowledge as an air conditioning installation engineer.
Proven experience installing and commissioning equipment for commercial and industrial clients (retail, manufacturing, food production, etc.).
Refrigerant handling C&G 2079 or equivalent.
Excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills.
Full, valid UK driving licence.
Ability to translate technical information into understandable language for clients.
Due to safeguarding requirements, a confidential criminal record check is completed for customer-site roles and an advanced DBS check with a barred list may be required.
DBS code of practice followed; Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
